Getting into that bikini should motivate you, not define you.

Aspire for better and aspire for real.

Aspire for better and aspire for real.

“CONFESSION WEEK” where you can share your stories, I think it’s a good way to involve my followers and to give myself a little break since I don’t have much time to update and create new “Motivations” these days.
These confessions don’t necessarily have to do with weight loss, I find that mixing the issues of personal mental health and physical health helps a lot of people.
So please feel free to submit and share, Anon is on as always, all topics are welcome!!

I also used to binge a lot and just take any diet pill/tea I could afford when I was younger, no one helped me through it because no one noticed I had a problem. I was home schooled and being alone most of the time I’d binge till I made myself sick.
The first step to recovery is as they say realizing you have a problem, moving away from it is the hardest part a specially when you’re alone. So do try to tell someone even someone you barely know, there are many counseling groups out there to help people with unhealthy habits.
I have no miracle advice, you’re an intelligent human being and inside you know what you have to do. I hope you can slowly try to change the way you see yourself and the food that you eat.
I really hope with all my heart that you will get better, much love.
